And the only difference between the wrath's and the rest of them is the fact that the Wraths MAIN story is that he is THE EMPEROR'S Wrath, he still owns you and the Wrath is the only character he owns of course he says something to him. If the Wrath was a character that didnt exist the most likely one he would have spoken to is the HoT, but it never would have been neccisary. I just do not believe we can assume it was him, just because that 1 character happens to be the closest to the Emperor and thus choosing that character necessitated a response even though the other 7 are still equally likely choices. Every event is as canon as Dark Side Revan, as Girl Revan and as Starkiller clone getting stabbed in the back, they are all equally possibly likely or unlikely and should be treated as such. Indeed, it looks now like we'll run 3 matches simultaneously, which means half of us will be debating as soon as a 12th body is found. This could of course change, should we decide it's too difficult, but this seems the most likely. Because while it is detrimental to my own squad... He should check out Kyle Katarn. Side Note: Shouldn't Leia cost more credits, unless we are going with her not-old version? I stopped reading before that point, granted, but I could of sworn that she became quite... good... at being a Jedi and such at that time. I mean, many of her feats (at least those mentioned on the wiki) indicate she is much stronger than any Jedi Knight of the time. For example: Mind tricking Alema into relinquishing her weapon. As well as battle meditation, and her skill with a lightsaber. At first I figured 20 credits was adequate, but after doing some reading, I am not 100% sure any more. For example, Satele I believe was bumped up to 30 instead of 25 due to all of her support abilities. Nor would it put Tune's numbers over 100 if Leia was bumped from 20 to 25. Beni told me he's looking for dark side characters. We worked out a team, but I'm not sure if Dom greenlit it yet. As for Leia, we could increase her cost. I would be fine with that considering Streen (who I considered a force specialist) was dropped from 30 to 25 as not a "top of the line force specialist" I put Leia where I put her kind of because of Corran Horn. I feel Corran out does her pretty well, but ya 25 instead would still put her appropriately under Corran with out messing with my numbers it would just be 30, 25, 25 20. which is still cool with me. Streen doesn't seem like too great a choice. Still, he's a great distraction. 1 vs 1? I mean as he is strolling up to engage say, Kyp, he casually chokes Streen or breaks his back against a tree. (Words may or may not depict what might actually happen, but are funny if you imagine it) I am not really debating, so much as saying that I personally think that Vader would defeat Streen very easily. ShadowMudkip Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 My top 5 teams, would probably be 1. Aubere- Having SOR Revan, in combo with Malgus, is devastatingly powerful, with few counters. 2. Beni- Again, really strong team with good synergy. All three can handle themselves well, but fast agile duelists could cause problems for Savage. 3. Silenceo- Vader is a powerful asset, and will form the backbone of his team. Jerec offers some nice support, but I feel Desann will prove a weak point in his team. 4. Selenial- I honestly don't know that much about this team, other than Talon is, IMO better than 20 credits, but I'm fine with that. This team will be upheld by Selenial's master debating skills more than anything. 5. Lady- Lady got a pretty sweet team. I had originally wanted to use Meetra, but didn't snag her in time. This team will be really tough to beat, especially when you factor in Meetra's support skills. For funnsies I added some dark horse teams Cs_Zoltan- This team could honestly win it, depending on Zoltan's debating skills. However, against a lightside team, Windu looses a lot of his potential, due to Vapaad becoming less usefull than conventional forms which can be countered. StarSquirrel- Will be interesting to see how this one turns out, as he has only two force users, while also having two non-force users. Not sure how Dirge would synergize with Jedi. Jerec offers some nice support, but I feel Desann will prove a weak point in his team. Not going to go into detail until the matches start, but a few things to note since I can't help but respond: 1. Desann is a LOT stronger than he looks. Nor do I just mean physically. 2. While Jerec suffers from lesser dueling skills than Vader, it is in fact said that his force power is quite close. 3. Vader is indeed the back bone, but nor are the other two helpless on their own 3a. Desann has some impressive feats against NJO Luke Skywalker and Kyle Katarn such as: Illusions, Collapsing a metal bridge, powerful telekentics (BFR'd Luke Skywalker for example), ect 3b. Jerec's force abilities are varied and without pressure, will decimate with them. *Stun, Destruction, Drain Knowledge, Barriers, Draining Aura, Force Rage, ect* 4. All three of these individuals were VERY smart. 4a. Vader was quite good at tactics and such. 4b. Jerec is an expert at deception and seizing opportunities. 4c. Desann is one of the few to develop a way to create force users or even strengthen existing force users. (While not applicable in a battle without prep, it does point to his intelligence since he used science mixed with some force mumbo jumbo to do it.) Don't get me wrong, there are many things that they lose out on, but as a trio they cover such weaknesses and excel to some pretty insane degree's. So many are underestimating Desann, this might turn from a "Jerec Awareness" campaign into a "Jerec and Desann Awareness" campaign. Side Note: Sorry if this seems very debatish...
