Hei_Atzfel Posted June 19, 2015 Share Posted June 19, 2015 (edited) For Infiltration Shadows the level 32 skill Upheaval grants a 50% chance for Psychokinetic Blast to trigger a secondary proc that deals 50% damage. When you use Force Potency in your opener this will (usually) cause said secondary proc to be a critical hit. However for Shadows this secondary proc does not consume a stack of Force Potency upon a critical hit which in inadvertently gives Infiltration Shadow more damage potential than Deception Assassin. https://youtu.be/Br1Btrw3N-g Video proof there ^^. As you can see from holding my mouse over the Force Potency buff that secondary Upheaval proc does not consume a charge either time that the secondary proc triggers.
