Lhuv Posted June 2, 2015 Share Posted June 2, 2015 (edited) I'd go for Shieldtech (tank spec) until I hit level 40+. Then it's up to you. Went with Advanced Prototype as long as I can remember. Switched to Pyrotech last week and really enjoy it. I was really surprised (in a positive way) with the damage I deal in PvE. Didn't play any PvP so far... Troglossauro Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 Do Advanced Prototype from the beginning and use MAKO as your companion all the way keep both geared upgrading your armoring mods and enhancements each 10 levels and you will just crush things. KevMeup Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I think powertech is fairly straight forward in all 3 specs. AP has a simple rotation and great survivability in pve and pvp. In PVP I get 13k hits regularly. AP now plays a lot like pyro did back in 1.0 when it was fun, with a lot of great improvements from the AP tree. Pyro now plays like a neutered version of the 2.0 AP tree in my opinion (in pvp at least, pve it's fine). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
