Companion Appearance Customizations not showing up?

This is not outfit designer, this is just the hide head slot, unify colors, and dye modules. Specifically, they don't show up in conversations.

For example, I have Risha in the Formal Militant's jacket, dyed black and yellow. In companion conversations, it goes blue, like it is without dye.

Also, on my JK, I have hide head slot turned on for Kira, because she wears consular hats and consular hats are silly, but in some conversations (the ones that don't automatically hide head slot for you) it still shows up.

On my SI, Andronikos' B-200 Cybernetic Helmet is colormatched to his Rugged Infantry chestpiece, so it usually shows up white and blue (makes him look a bit like Captain Rex, to be honest), but in converstions, it goes black and silver. No dye involved, just colormatching.

However, this doesn't happen to my characters, just companions. It's starting to get annoying. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, this has been bugged ever since they added the hide head slot / unify colors button for companions (GU 1.4) and the dye modules (GU 2.1). It only works during regular gameplay, not in cutscenes. No word on a fix as of yet.
