Working as intended and not a bug. The music/bass is pretty loud when it works. It does not work when I just finished a conversation or an action/skill. I have to wait for like 5 seconds or more after any action to get the music to work. Same goes to my Vending machine, feign death, etc. They appear to be very buggy when used right after any action.
