This happens with many crew on a variety of classes Not only do skills reactivate that were previously turned off; but on many of them they default to having no stance selected Mako for example, after every cut scene I need to turn on her healing stance. Gault I have to turn on his sniper stance, etc I've gotten in the habit of always having the crew skill bar expanded and glancing at it after any loading screen to ensure the settings are correct.
