Kvei Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 (edited) I've pretty much favored watchman spec since I began to play my sent. Not until 3.0 have I ever ditched it for such a long interval. 1. Cauterize back on cooldown w/ proc to come off cooldown 2. Increase damage of cauterize by 15-20 % 3. Make cauterize baseline heal sent only for 3 % of dmg dealt (so avg about 200-300 a tick) 4. With Zen active, Cauterize continues to auto crit and heals sent + party for 30-40 % of dmg dealt 5. (this one is for all sents) Ravage baseline cast time reduced to 2.0 (just for sents) and dmg increased to be inline with Guardian ravage. 6. Give us crippling slash back without having to spend 2 ultilities to get it. The percentages may not be perfect but I think this would make the spec more viable in ops w/ the downtime we suffer due to mechanics and improve it to be more playable in pvp despite the lack of burst.
