Also 25% crit 70% seems to be the automatic with 168 gear. Would surge be a little more important than crit due to the 6pc. set bonus. Almost every class has a built in 5% defense chance, sorcs/sages it's 10%, so you want to over come that. If you have the companion buff to accuracy (+1%) it makes it easier to obtain. With crit I run at 25% but I know that others run with less going the full power/surge route while still others going with more crit. I would personally suggest either going with 25% or the full power/surge. Getting 27% or higher really starts taking away from your surge. In either case you should be able to get your surge rating to just over 73% if min/maxing exhumed gear and going with 25% crit. The power/surge route will give you over 75%.
