I finnaly get to level up my Merc this weekend, and while he's only lvl 57 his SB does 3213-4044 dmg according to tooltip still on rank 5. 1k Bonus damage, 162 green barrel, 2.2k Aim My 60 mando geared in 192/198 has tooltip dmg 3955 - 4714. Rank 6 of the ability, 1,95k Bonus Damage 192 Barrel and 4.5k aim. Now when I put away some gear to get to 2.2k aim 1k BD on my Mando I'll get tooltip damage of 2609-3368. Is it just me?
