Jerba Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 Are you 100% sure that he didn't just stop subbing? You only get Cartel Coins while your referral is subscribed. In any case, this is the wrong forum for it, you need to contact Customer Service with an in-game ticket under the "Account / Billing" category about this, not as a Bug Report. That still won't help, Tait who posts in this forum only looks at bugs that affect all players, not individual problems. He'll read your post, notice that it's not a bug, may move it into the Customer Service forums and then ignore it. If you want to get helped, the best course of action would be to write an in-game ticket under the "Account/Billing/Subscription" category or call them directly (1-(855)-345-2186). The job of Customer Service is to deal with individual player's problems and will be able to help you with this.
