A warning about Spoiler Bro and 4chan

Recently a guy calling himself "Spoiler Bro" posted some Episode VII "leaks" to the imageboard 4chan. Among his claims were that the whole thing would be focused around Luke's lost hand, and that Han Solo would die at the end. More importantly, he had a list of a bunch of Star Wars movies that would be made over the coming years, including three SWTOR era movies. I am here to tell you that it is all completely fake. Episode VII is not the story of the Solo kids, as just about everyone on the internet says, but the story of the "Jedi agent" Factor Zed. The three SWTOR era movies are not set in the SWTOR era, and are not movies at all. They are a trilogy of games to be developed by bioware. The first one, Revenant releases in 2021, the second, Conspiracy, releases in 2023, and the third, Ascension, releases in 2025.

 

Also, a word about 4chan. 4chan is an imageboard site, users of which, have hacked and raided several sites, made up lots of pranks, and scandals like gamergate. The /b/ (Random) board has almost no rules, and the /v/ (video games) board is responsible for much of the hate this game had in early release (including the fake ban emails). Read about it here. Everyone is completely anonymous there, and lies and extreme forms of trolling are commonplace. These are the kind of people where you have to look outside if they tell you the sky is blue. Don't believe ANYTHING you hear on that site. At All. Almost everything that gets posted there is made to make other people upset.
