Deshaelnu Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 I made a set of 178 ilvl Frasium Ordnance gear for my Prefered Friend's HK-51. He was able to equip the 178 implants and earring, the droid gear said it required Artifact Authorization. Posting it here because this can't be working as intended.
