I'd imagine that they would do something similar for SoR, so maybe around 3-5 months from now. it isn't the months since release that is important in the decision making process. It is the % of sub that has the expansion if 75% of subs have SOR it will go free if 95% have SOR it won't because pop at endgame is good enough.
