I'm not sure how long this will take to fix but the Character Transfer screen is broken and no one can transfer their characters at the moment pls fix Bio ware. Thank you. Jerba Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 (edited) Yes, there are a few bugs with the Character Transfer page that have existed for over a year now: When opening the PTS Character Copy page as a German or French player, it will constantly refresh without you being able to click anything. To fix that, change the language to English and it will work.The transfer history on the Character Transfer page shows the PTS Character Copy transfers; the PTS Copy page shows the normal transfer they history: both are mixed up.The messages "You have unchecked mail" and "You have items on the GTN" always appear, even if the character has no mail or GTN listings.The "Transfer in progress" message at the top of the Character Transfer page never shows the correct progress.Sometimes, you are randomly kicked to server selection even after the character transfers have finished.Characters to the PTS are copied twice, you'll have two characters per copy.Transfers between US and European servers are not possible due to legal issues with European privacy laws. However, those are just display bugs or inconveniences and won't prevent you from copying over a character, and there exists a workaround for each of them. Can you please provide more details on why it is not working for you? I am pretty sure that it's just a user error.
