If you do, then that is given... unless there is something wrong with the zabrak and/or mirialan? I've got the Miraluka, Rattataki, Twi'lek, Chiss, and Cyborg unlocked and both sides have all the options (including a ton of options on the cyborg that are not available to either faction before unlocking them) Or to put it another way, what specifics of species and customizations are not unlocking for you? Like the Bounty Hunter, Sith and Trooper Tattoos for humans or the special Inquisitor Scars. Would love if those could be unlocked for other classes as well.
