MorgenBlue Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 This is a relatively minor bug but it does punish healers slightly for having better gear or using Static Barrier / Force Armour during Polarity Shift / Mental Alacrity. The Deionized / Force imbalance debuff is not affected by it, only the buff is. Usually it won't last long enough to be a problem but it seems like something that shouldn't happen.
