Japhasca Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 I was in a PVP match a couple days ago and two members of the opposing team were sexually harassing my team. ( I didn't even know until now that they could speak to us; it was the end of an arena match and they were using /say.) I reported one of the two BEFORE exiting the warzone, and when I looked at the ticket, fleet general chat was transcribed, rather than the PVP chat. Multiple attempts across two days to update the ticket with pertinent information have been met with "update failed." Seriously? It''s one thing when an issue comes up, another when tickets hang around for two weeks before "mysteriously" being closed, but when I can't even submit one properly, that's absurd.
