Daewan Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Jawa Scrap Peddlers are Personnel and only appear when the floor tile selected is either Floor Medium Narrow or Floor Small. Make sure you are trying to place them in the right spot, and that you have your decoration filter set correctly. Finally, sometimes decorations only appear on the person who unlocked them until they are placed.
