All my high levels are supplementary toons for crafting/credits/occasional warzone. As for groups of people doing OWPvP, I really really really really really really really really really really really really really doubt you'll ever find it anywhere in SWTOR. OWPvP was never really a big hit. The closest there ever was was oldschool Ilum. Your best bet is probably stalking people around until they attack you, usually accidentally, or just run around flagged on Rishi or Yavin with a friend or two.
