Aussircaex Posted January 14, 2015 Share Posted January 14, 2015 (edited) Greetings, Several of the DPS Willpower companion gear available from Yavin 4, plus the DPS Willpower Offhand available from Rishi, are under-budgeted for items of their Item Rating. This applies to some, but not all of the gear.
