Gets wrong item from vendor

I was going to buy some nice plants for my stronghold. So i went to the vendor and bought 2 Rishi Palm Tree (1000 Cred/each) and 2 Yavin Jungle Fern (500 cred /each). Got to the stronghold and unlocked them , everything seemed to be normal. But the Rishi Palm Trees was not to be found anywhere in the decoration list. Only 4 Yavin ferns. First i thought maybe i had clicked on the wrong item so i got back to vendor and bought 1 mor Rishi Palm tree. Double checed thsi time som it swas the right one. But bakc in the stronghold i found out i still got no palm tree, but now i got 5 Yaviin ferns instead. Submitted a ticket.

 

After weekly reset i tried to buy one more Rishi Palm Tree, but the same thing happended. Still no palm trees, but Yavin Ferns instead. So now i bought 4 Rishi Palm trees, and payed for them , but i got Yavin ferns instead,. But sthill payed for the more expensive palm trees.

 

now i´m irritated.....
