Even from the Oriconian 180 implants from 2.x to the new Yavin 186 implants, I lost a significant amount of Willpower and Endurance. I did put in an in-game ticket at the exact second I noticed; took them a week to respond, but they only redirected me to the forums where this issue hasn't even been acknowledged when I first posted about it.
