I can't tell if it's related to the population of a particular planet or not. Regardless, the fact that it has gone on this long is unacceptable. You have created a fantastic expansion for this game, but the ongoing lag caused by your systems is sucking all that positive energy out of it. The only logical explanation for the problem continuing to drag on for this long is that your company is not taking it seriously and has made a calculated decision not to give it the attention it needs and deserves. This is a mistake. In short, the game is running badly. Your systems are not working at their optimal level. Whoever administers this system is not doing his/her job. No administrator worth their salt would permit such a thing. If you don't fix it, you will watch the community begin to shrink as players rage quit due to unplayable conditions.
