xAZUREx Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 (edited) Prior to the patch on 09/12/14 (dd/mm/yy format) I had done the Revan prelude missions with both my Sorcerer (Healer) and my Sniper My Sorcerer had recieved incorrect gear, Alliance Force-Lord's Saberstaff and Alliance Force-Lord's Focus instead of recieving the Alliance Force-Healer's Saber and Alliance Force-Healer's Focus. After the patch that was supposed to fix incorrect rewards I still remain with them, yet to recieve my replacements. My Sniper had recieved the correct gear, Alliance Targeter's Sniper Rifle. After the patch I have been left with a Blaster Rifle, my correct reward taken and swapped for an incorrect reward. The irony. I have, but where as it used to take a few hours to respond to a ticket it's now taking several days to answer.
