Col_Wilson Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 I was playing some Pyro PT in warzones today and felt like my kolto wasn't off of cooldown at the same rate it used to be, so I checked the ability in the specialization window to see if anything changed. It's still 6 seconds per attack every 1.5 seconds... so I watched the cooldown as I was getting attacked and it didn't budge. Anyone else seeing this?
