Trainers not filtering unavailable properly since revan

I noticed on both combat and crew skill trainers that they show the plus (+) next to their symbols over their head even after you've trained everything available. That used to disappear instantly after training everything from them. If you log off and back on, the + goes away (until the next time you need to train).
