JoeKickarse Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 So I've been playing as Pyrotech since the changes with 3.0, and I've noticed that the perk Automated Defenses (the perk that lowers Kolto Overloads CD) does not work at all! I've had the skill on CD, let a weak mob hit me a few times, and watched the CD timer. And surprise! No 6 second reduction every 1.5 seconds.... This discipline is my favorite, but this is the biggest Defensive CD for pyro and if its not working then that is HUGE handicap for the discipline. And please, try for yourself and see.
