Im under the impression its surge for spell. Someone fill me in! But no way in hell would you want to get crit chance over crit damage on a TK spec. You get 100% free autocrit as a last spell in the tree. right, at level 39 if you don't put points in other trees. But the thing is I'm a level 31 TK sage, meaning i don't crit often, and seeing as how a lot are based on crits that you can't definitely have until 39 your out of luck till then and going with a 5% base crit rate was it? instad of boosting it like i have to the still minimal 18%?
