[BUG] Dot spread does not apply if primary target dies (The one affected by dots)

Hello,

 

This has only been tested on sage and guardian. Have not thoroughly gone through the agent/smuggler, or imperial counterparts of aforementioned classes.

 

The issue is that the dot spread that is available in balance (madness) and vigilance (vengeance) does not apply- the spread of dots does NOT work if the target that you have applied your dots on dies from your dot-spreading ability (force sweep/smash, force in balance/death field)

 

 

The tooltip only states that the target affected by your dots needs to be damaged by the deathfield/force in balance etc. It does not state the target has to survive the hit.

 

Please resolve this issue.
