Could there be a cooldown on items from packs, to stop that item appearing again for say 1 hour, to stop you getting multiple pairs of the same pants or guns or sabers over and over again and a better chance then to get other stuff? EG I got 32 packs and not one mount dropped or any of the good clothing, I did get the saber 10 times though . Granted if it's good stuff you can sell it or give it to your other characters.
