Just because they were "datamined" right around Halloween, and posted on Dulfy's site as "Halloween" stuff, doesn't mean they were meant for Halloween. Dataminers and Dulfy aren't official sources. There were cartel armor sets datamined months ago that have never made it into the game, but I'm not here asking for them as overdue Easter stuff or whatever!
