Merc healer pvp

Thinking of starting a merc healer. All I ever played was dps merc I'm a master of both specs. So my question is what gear do I go for as a healer???

 

P.s. I tried searching google and all I got was old threads and rotations and any advice would be awesome. Thank you

gearwise, the only difference is that you stack alacrity where as dps you have accuracy. you need something between 5% and 8%, pay attention that you don't cast healing scan faster than 1.7 seconds with the alacrity proc from the tier 2 of your bodyguard tree, or it will overheat you. and always try to cast rapid scan with the proc from healing scan.

Oh my, I'm not sure what was said above is true. Maybe for PVE, but for pvp your DPS and Heal setup should ALMOST be the same. Yes you do want some alacrity but you are mainly stacking in this priority(in most cases): Main stat-->power-->surge-->alacrity. This setup will even work for your dps spec because several of the skills are channeled for a merc.

 

For PVP FK accuracy!!

Hey thanks ill give it a go when I get my merc to lvl I'm just gonna try alacrity cuz my main merc has all power and surge so I wanna do something different .
