I was a main tank for a guild back in the lvl 50 days running ops and am looking for a guild where I can run ops regularly and easily find groups for flastpoints in the guild. We've been around since launch, have multiple teams to choose from, and an active, friendly community. In addition to our teams' scheduled runs, we have lots of spontaneous ops runs and flashpoint runs that form for conquest-related purposes. We have players that raided back in vanilla World of Warcraft and quality players that have raided in top end guilds, such as top 10 and 50 world ranked guilds. We are looking to establish our name in the community once again, We were ranked top 10 ops in the world for Hm DF + DP. We have a solid core of leadership that is gearing up for a strong push, being competitive and progressive minded for Shadow of Revan. RAID TIMES: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 -12 PM CST We will consider any skilled raider for our raiding roster, even for raiding spots not listed. We do not carry, people who do not perform will be removed. If you cannot make two raids days a week don't contact or apply. Recruitment Guidelines: - Communication skills. Encounters are multifaceted, it’s impossible for one man to monitor everything. We rely on our raiders to provide input, giving constructive suggestions/ideas. Raiders need to know when to be vocal and silent in raid. Able to communicate on Mumble when spoken to. - Progressive mindset. Our raiders have a strong desire to see new content and open pandora's box. If you do not share this mindset, this is not the guild for you. - Mature atmosphere. To tolerate jokes and handle criticism of any kind. Understanding criticism to use it to adapt and improve. - Only raiders are provided consumables. Come prepared to raid with consumables (potions, flasks, oils, food, etc) to last you the entire night. DO NOT EXPECT for others in the guild to have these items for you. - Know how to prepare for progression. If it's a new fight, you're expected to understand at least the basic abilities of the fight and have seen videos of the encounter. - Stable high speed internet connection and computer that can run WoW. Why RSO? LOOT COUNCIL, fair and balanced. Drama free, zero tolerance for any kinda of drama. Positive raiding environment, raiding should be fun.
