I input name, password, security number. press load and then... nothing. Just says connection failed. It says "unable to retrieve patch work data, please check network connection (208) Well can access any other website including these forums and other online games such as Marvel Heroes and DC universe. So have a network connection. I really know nothing about computers so need advice on what to do now. HopingForBest Posted October 15, 2014 Share Posted October 15, 2014 I am having the exact same problem, though after a restart (Windows updated on the restart) I cannot access internet with most programs. A few still work and this is being entered on another computer on my home network, so my internet itself is fine. Do we have a solution for this? A setting somewhere that got messed up? I have a update of sorts, I used the repair function which has allowed my old laptop to get a connection so can now play. Unfortunately I always get a time lag issue on that computer, which is why I had the new one. The repair function has not worked with my new laptop.
