[UI bug] Scrollbar in conquest window not working correctly

There's a minor UI bug in the Conquest window. It has only surfaced this week because there haven't been this many planets during a conquest event before.

The bug is related to the scrollbar that appears when you open the drop-down menu to select a planet.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. During a conquest week with more than 13 planets, like Total Galactic War, open the Conquest window.
   
2. Open the drop down menu where you can select a planet. The list goes from Alderaan to Tatooine.
   
3. Scroll down, either with the mouse wheel or by using the scroll bar on the right side. The list now goes from Balmorra to Voss.
   
4. Now scroll back up to the top of the list.
   

 

Expected result:

The list should once again show the planets from Alderaan to Tatooine.

 

Actual result:

The list goes from Balmorra to Voss, even though the scroll bar is at the top, meaning that the list is scrolled to the top.

The only way to select Alderaan now is to close the drop down menu and open it again without scrolling down.

Also submitted an in-game bug report to QA to make sure the bug is put into the system,

 

While this is a small bug that is not game-breaking, it is sad to see bugs in new game features, and I hope you'll have time to fix it.
