I know that you can't use tells/whispers unless that person has friended you, but it appears that occasionally my friend cannot send me tells while grouped or if I invite them to a guild. Several things to note:1. I am a subscriber.2. I am my guild's leader (so it's a sub guild, but I have purchased NOTHING for it)3. My friend is free to play4. My friend loses the ability to send tells if I invite her to my guild. There might be more, but I wanted to call attention to it, so hopefully the bug or whatever can be fished out.
