This gives republic guilds an advantage one heroic on Belsavis over the Empire (we have 5 repeatable - they have 6). This has been a long time bug - not fixed. Imperial players have about a 17% handicap towards earning conquest points from heroics this week versus their republic counterparts. And it always pleases your customers to know that you will never fix this simple bug, because .. let me guess... its "technically impossible" to fix? or ... people wont do this heroics anyway? or.. you really don't care?
