Members of our guild have put in multiple tickets and posted on customer service threads, but our ship is stuck on Hoth, with no way for us to get in to it. Our GM didn't have a toon on the guild ship (which is supposed to be able to fix it if they move a piece of furniture I've heard) so we're SOL.
