Companions not participating?

I only have one companion that I know of so far, Elara Dorne, that is doing this.

 

I have Elara Dorne as my active companion. She follows me like normal, but when I get into combat, she just stands there doing nothing as if on passive. I've checked her bars (including the expanded one) and she is NOT in passive mode. I tried clicking passive on and off. I tried clicking attack, she attacks once then goes dormant again. I tried clicking her combat mode then back to med watch, no change. I logged out and back in. I Closed the game and came back. I switched companions. Nothing seems to get her back to active. My other companions appear to work just fine.

 

Any ideas?

Resolved: I had to enter combat, turn off med-watch, turn on med-watch hit the attack button.
