I would like to add to the OP that certain items should have a warning pop up prior to the purchase to advise the user that the item may have been activated at a prior date, and will not have any effect on the current player that is logged in and ready to purchase. Allow the player to confirm the purchase they are about to make with a detailed description of Bind on Equip, Bind on Pickup, Bind on Legacy and may or may not be sold or traded. One example of this would be the piloting license for mounts and someone who has trained and has a license to pilot 110. The player is about to purchase the license on the Cartel Market using the Cartel Coins gets a warning with detailed limits. Warning, you are about to purchase piloting license for (Enter your name here) you have trained in Piloting 110 prior and this item will have no effect on your current player. This item is Bind on Pickup. Thank you for shopping. Allow all items on market returnable to a Vendor prior to use of said item period, as well.
