So I've started a new Powertech BH (love the story so far) and was thinking that I might get the Legacy Exalted helmet soon but I bought some Legacy gear for one of my alts and noticed that the textures on the armor were really low. I know I can get that head model through the BH monthlies with Champ status, or wait until my character is in the upper 40's but I WANT IT NOW! 2 questions: Is the texture on the helmet low like the other legacy gear I've seen?
