Saito_Hiraga Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Since Stronghold launched I've seen the gen chat spamed to hell anouncing new guilds (I know there's nothing weird or wrong at all in that) the point is that at least 50% of those guilds are people who just attack with guild invites and ask their people for credit donations and more donations to get headquarters, flagship, blah blah blah... Cant we just have all that guild purchasable stuff obtainable for Cartel Coins and have all those people get their Bank tabs, bases, ships etc. using real money? Ex. Guild Leader Blahblah spends 30000 Cartel Coins (Roughly 220$ worth of Cartel Coins) on a guild ship, only to see their guild dissolve due to issues between blahblah and insertnamehere (whos an officer). They're out over 200 dollars for an ingame purchase directly tied to bioware. Ex2. NewGuy donates 40$/5500 CCs to Guild Bank to help his guild, only to get kicked by Blahblah for breaking guild rules. Not something Bioware wants to deal with. No offense man but those are stupid excuses for not allowing this. EX: Guild Leader Blahblah is NOT forced to purchase a guild ship nor use CC to get it, its his/her very personal choice and its decision to do it or not in the end. EX2: NewGuy is NOT forced either to donate ANYTHING to anyone, just as EX1 its his own choice to do this, and I think everyone here got some brain to think before donating that amount to some dudes you dont even trust or you have just meet. Bioware doesnt need to be responsible for how people use their coins in game, they just sell them but how people uses their money is their very personal choice not Bioware's Still this would be also another use for the Cartel Coins and due to its insane price on credits Im sure many guild leaders would opt for this pay method instead of wasting their guild funds or their credit wallets, this would also sightly increase the Cartel Coin sales and help the devs to keep the game running.
