Cheers! The only way that they will be lost is it you try and claim them when you are at the cap. If you have unturned in quest that you miss the next weeks quest. If you have turned in quest just not claimed than you still get next week quest and this weeks comms. (Don't hit the accept button after using the turn in terminal.) Cheers! You can claim the rewards after reset still but you won't get the quest for that week then, because you still had it on your character log.
