2. Onboard AED, the Mercenary's in-combat revival, has an activation time.
   

 

Test Conditions

1. Level 55 Mercenary.
   
2. Typical full healing (Bodyguard) specialization. Combat Support Cylinder active.
   

 

Result

Power Surge doesn't affect Onboard AED. That is, Onboard AED neither activates instantly nor consumes Power Surge.
