Aim If you read the tip, it will mention Healing Tech increase on the bottom of the tooltip. Besides, that is our MAIN stat. Makes little sense that Aim increases healing etc compared to other games that is! I love it though, it's simplistic and you dont need to swap gear around if you wanna level as healer.
