Like we all know, Powertechs are bad for mobility for a proximity class. So I suggest a new skill. A jetpack fly to 0-20m (can be 0-15m) where we want. The skill function is like an aoe. It's just a mobility skill, maybe it can be upgraded in the skills calculator for a specie but it's not the intention.
