Feh, that's like saying a game has full-frontal nudity because a museum in the game includes Michelangelo's David.

I expected gibs. And what did I get instead?

A skull from Hamlet, a pool of red dye, holes in clothing, and a bunch of stories!

Its not advertising at all, its the ESRB rating, which is an independant ratings system for video games like the MPAA is the Rating system for Movies.

 

The ESRB rates the game in one of the categories based on the content of the game, this one is Rated T for Teen, and then lists the reasons why it received that rating, which the game studio is then obligated to list if they want to be sold as a rated game.
