Healer/Treek question

Hey Guys,

 

I'm thinking of purchasing Treek later on today, I'm wondering if I go down the Healer route, which Armour/Mods/Enhancements etc do I need to make a bad *** healer?

 

(Or which stats do I focus on more?)

 

I'm still relatively new to the whole custom-armour thing, so much help needed!

Aim/Power for the best heals.

 

Get her a focus to replace her Shield Generator and you should be good to go.

 

She's a ****** healer and still does some serious DPS, even in Fektur stance.

It depends on your level, but basically Trooper/Bounty Hunter gear with crit/surge/alacrity/power and not defense/absorb/shield/accuracy is what you want. Try to get a balanced set of rating numbers for crit, surge and alacrity, don't try to put everything into one of those stats.

 

If level 50 or lower, you can buy the armorings, mods, enhancements from the Planetary Comms vendors or GTN, and plug them straight into Treek's own gear.

 

EDIT: Actually, I'm not even sure if Companions really use Alacrity at all. Anyone done any tests?

She's the best companion in the game, the chattering little rodent. Love her and all of my characters get her as a companion at level 10. I don't even bother to level up any other companion. She is a bad *** healer who can shoot too.

Aim (main stat), Power (better than Critical), Surge (Accuracy is useless, Alacrity shouldn't be as good)

Augment her with Power or Aim if you want it, Power might be slighty better.
