Reflective surfaces only have static reflections

For a while now I was noticing something odd with the reflection on the Czerka cruiser, the reflection you see on the hood and 'trunk' are showing a static image and not what is above you when you are inside a structure. For some reason it shows a static row of lighting fixtures similar to neon tubes which only changes orientation if you turn so it wouldn't be too obvious.

On the other hand, when outside I would have expected the reflection to behave at least the same with regard to orientation, so that the reflected light source would indeed seem to be in a fixed position relative to the orientation of the speeder. But here it is the exact opposite, it appears as if the light source is always in the same position. No matter which way you turn, the reflection does not change orientation.

Someone noticed this 2 years ago:

Seems to be more of a feature: in order to save GPU time from having to actively reflect everything, a static map is applied to the reflection. Makes the game work better on more computers and not require a top-end GPU.

(Best part is that the reflections on the Republic Fleet are those of the Imperial Fleet. Foreshadowing anyone?)
