Random game freeze 1 or 2 seconds, CPU drops to 0% usage

There, that happens whenever it wants to.

I have a i5 processor, I have manually unparked all cores. This is the ONLY game that does this.

This was screenshot today on a completely new Windows 7 installation with latest drivers.

*I'll run GPU-Z in parallel to see if the card usage also drops and will post results soon.

That looks like your entire system just chokes. Is the HDD LED solid when that happens, and do you see anything in the Windows event viewer?

Well, I can move the cursor and alt+tab, so it's not a typical system choke :/

I don't see anything specific or repeatable in the even viewer that would indicate what the problem is.

I'll try few more games, so far everything else I've played (system intensive) worked flawlessly.

It's definitely not temperature throttling as I cleaned my PC and applied new thermal paste to GPU and CPU and left my chassis open. And yes, my GPU really works between 85-90°C.
